Timing depends on stock, document preparation, transport mode and customs handling. We give an estimate for the specific shipment in the quote rather than publishing a fixed promise.
Warranty terms vary by product and destination. The quote records the manufacturer's published terms and explains how a service request would be handled before the order is confirmed.
We can prepare product datasheets, warranty information and available certification evidence for a public procurement request. Eligibility, legal requirements and payment terms are confirmed for each procedure.
The available Incoterm depends on the route, carrier and importer of record. The quote names the chosen term and states which transport, customs, insurance and delivery costs it covers.
The quote can include remote commissioning, incident support or an agreed on-site visit. It states the response channel, coverage and any exclusions before the order is placed.
The quote states the currency, tax treatment, payment schedule and bank details that apply to the order. Any alternative arrangement must be agreed in writing before invoicing.
