We confirm every destination before quoting. Availability depends on export controls, local import rules, the carrier and the type of equipment.
Does the hardware cope with heat and dust?
We compare the manufacturer's published test ratings with the conditions at the site. A rating is useful evidence, but it does not replace correct storage, cooling and maintenance.
How do you handle failures on an isolated mission?
The support plan can include spare equipment, a replacement procedure and remote assistance. The quote states what is held locally and what would need to be returned.
