SEPA bank transfer

Standard payment method for businesses and public administrations in France and the EU. French bank details, payment excl. VAT, no fees.

Professional credit card (Stripe)

Secure card payment via Stripe for deposits (project reservation) or settlement of accepted quotes.

SWIFT for non-EU clients

International transfer (Africa export)

For clients in West Africa (Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, etc.): SWIFT bank transfer in EUR.

  • 50% deposit before shipment recommended
  • Balance before unloading at destination
  • SWIFT fees borne by the originator (OUR option)
  • Receipt time: 3-7 business days
Maximum security for large export volumes

Documentary letter of credit

For large export volumes (>€50k): opening a documentary LC through banks to secure both seller and buyer.

  • Recommended above €50,000 excl. VAT
  • Involvement of both parties' banks
  • Compliant documents required (BL, certificate of origin, packing list)
  • Higher bank fees but maximum security
  • Opening time: 5-15 days

Frequently asked questions

What is the standard payment term for SMEs?

30 days end of month in France. Option of a 30-50% deposit before order for large volumes. By quote, we can negotiate 45 days depending on the project.

Do you accept payments in local African currencies (XOF)?

Not directly. Transactions are made in EUR via SWIFT transfer; XOF↔EUR conversions are handled on the client's bank side. Any other arrangement must be agreed in writing before invoicing.

Do you offer IT leasing?

Not yet. KOLOSALTech is preparing partnerships with specialised IT leasing companies. Mention your interest in your quote request and we will let you know as soon as the option opens.

How does the Stripe deposit work?

On the /en/devis page, after submitting your request, you can pay a symbolic €500 deposit to reserve your project. This deposit is deductible from the final quote or refunded within 14 days in case of cancellation.

Which Incoterms do you offer for Africa export?

EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP. DAP is the most common for African clients who want simplicity. DDP lets us manage the entire logistics but at a higher cost.
